Adopt a Community Cat

Are you interested in adopting a cat? We'd love to find a good match with one of our cats!

Our online form is the quickest way to submit your application to adopt; click on the green Adoption Application button to access the form. You can also submit your application by email. Print the Adoption Application form, fill it out and email it to  info@longmontfriendsofcats.org. If you want to email your application, scan your completed form and email it to LFFAC at: info@longmontfriendsofcats.org.

If you want to send your application by postal mail, mail a copy of the completed form to LFFAC. Keep in mind that sending your application by postal mail is much slower. Our mailing address is:
